An integrated system of irrigation had appeared in Jinshui area since early period of Ming dynasty. The system was composed by management part named Quzhangjia and the distribution part named Luncheng. After the foundation of the martial villages of the prince，the irrigation system changed several times，and was eventually abolished when the Nanlao Spring dried up thirty years ago.
